Spacious apartment and confortable, 2 bathrooms. Fully equiped kitchen. Bigs natural ligthed bedrooms. Strategically located in the center of Seville but in a quiet street. 10 minutes walk from the monumetal area or Triana Bridge. You will feel as if you were at home.
The Space
The spacious apartment is located on the third floor of a building without elevator, so you need to climb stairs to access it. It has a large living room with two sofas and a dining table for dining and lunch, two balconies overlooking the street make the stay very pleasant for its light. A long corridor distributes the rest of the rooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom 1 with 135cm bed, bedroom 2 beds of 90cm and bathroom with bath en suite and bedroom 3 with a bed of 105cm and another of 90cm. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, stove, kettle, grill (no oven), etc..
Directions on arrival
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00.
Supplement 20€ for late check-in after 22:00 or 30€ between 00h and 02am, to be paid in cash at the delivery of the keys.
One of my team will meet you at the apartment at a time we be agreed.
Home Rules
- Pets are welcome, please ask for additional fees.
- Parties and events are not allowed
- Respect the rest of the neighbors
- Leave lights and air conditioning/heating off when you are not in the apartment or when leaving the last day.
- Keys, for check out must be deposited in mailbox called YAW
- Smoking, vaping and use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed
- We need to know your arrival time in advance so that one of my team will receive you in the apartment, at the agreed time you have told us, if you have any delay you must communicate it to coordinate a new check in time that we will try to adjust depending on our work.
- Supplement 20€ for check-in after 22:00 and until 00.00H to be paid in cash at the delivery of the keys. AFTER 00.00H THE CHARGE FOR LATE CHECK IN IS 30€ AND AVAILABILITY MUST BE ASKED
The neighborthood
Central and traditional neighborhood. Gravina Street is a very quiet street but close to all tourist attractions. Next to the Museum of Fine Arts and surrounded by small and large stores. The best Neighborhood for enjoy during the Sevillian Holy Week.
Getting around the area
10 minutes walk distance from the EA Bus stop (airport) at Plaza de Armas. On the main bus route to reach any place of the city. All tourist attractions are accessible on foot.
